About Sarah

I am passionate about heart-centred living; courage, self-compassion, integrity, intuition, passion and purpose are the principles I live and work by. I believe it is our birthright to experience the joy of everyday living in alignment with our authentic selves.   A variety of interests, a sense of curiosity and a love of learning have helped shape me into the coach and educator I am today.

I feel blessed to have a broad base of teaching experience (both national and international) from which to draw upon.  Having both secondary and primary experience allows me to easily relate and understand the issues facing our children today.  Being of service is something which I find deeply fulfilling and I do this in my work with young people and adults.

I love the empowering feeling of trying new things and surprising yourself with what is possible. I have enjoyed working as a make-up artist, acting onstage and in commercials, stand-up comedy, teaching myself how to paint and regularly practising yoga and pilates. This hasn’t always been the case for me and I’m proud to say I’ve overcome fear, self-doubt and confidence issues in my own life and is perhaps why I feel called to work with others in these areas.

I’m now in a position to help and inspire others to do the same.  Nothing makes me happier than seeing someone overcome a fear, reach new insights about themselves, get to work on a dream or have the courage to move beyond their doubts and limitations.  That, for me, is what living a fulfilling and successful life truly is.

What some of my client’s think

Sarah is a wonderful coach. She is very adept at putting people at ease and her positive attitude is infectious. She is incredibly supportive and insightful and really helped me clarify my goals and what was important to me. I drew confidence from the support she provided and she offered some wonderful tools and strategies to help me overcome fears and build confidence and self-belief. Working with Sarah has had a transformative effect on my life and I have achieved things I never dreamed I could as a result.

I first met Sarah in a workshop she was leading. The workshop only lasted an hour or two, but in just that short space of time, I already noticed a huge shift in my thought patterns and walked out of the workshop with a renewed feeling of confidence. I booked a number of coaching sessions with her. I've been hugely motivated by our sessions and have done and achieved amazing things as a result. Thank you, Sarah.

I came to see Sarah at a time when I needed to figure out what I really wanted from life. The results surprised me. I had vague notions and ideas of where I wanted my life to go but no concrete reasons or motivations. Sarah was an amazing help. She asked such appropriate questions that it drew the true root of what I was seeking out of me. She questions you and poses thoughts in such a way to make you really consider what you're claiming you want and why. Her guidance really meant that if you weren't honest, you were really only lying to yourself.

I decided to quit a permanent job and go abroad to try some new work experiences and travel for a year; a massive decision but one that I'm very happy with and a conclusion I wouldn't have arrived at without Sarah's help. It has been an incredible journey of personal exploration and discovery and it's one I intend to continue. It was a working relationship where together you devised practical and helpful action points for the next session. Sarah presented such a positive vibe and ultimately helped me consider my options in a realistic light as to where they would lead me and whether I would be happy with them. I started to view my opportunities and desires in a new and exciting way.Sarah is intuitive and attentive to details. She notes what you say and often uses it to probe you further on what you want out of life. She helped me focus on the now and not to panic unnecessarily about the future. I particularly enjoyed her focus on listening to your gut feeling as it had been something I had been learning to do myself. She is encouraging, inspiring and most importantly has taught me to heed what I really want out of life."Anita C. K

I booked three Life coaching sessions with Sarah and felt comfortable and relaxed from the start. Sarah recognised my development areas quickly and managed to implement goals to attain at a realistic pace. Would highly recommend Sarah and will be working with her again as my business develops.
